“ Came by on a Monday around noon for lunch and ordered a #3 with the corn soup, and #8. There wasn't a line so it was quick and we were also quickly able to find a table. We came here because we were craving dumplings and Taiwanese food and this is the place for a quick and delicious bite. The dumplings were really juicy and had a lot of flavor. And the portions were good for two people. The soup this time wasn't as thick as I would've liked the chowder to be, but the flavor was still good. Also, #8 came with a Lemon Black Tea and that was also really good. ”
“ Ordered to go and everything was so amazing I didn't get a picture. We ordered the bafang signature noodles, potstickers and dumplings. Also ordered the chili pepper fried chicken. The noodles were deliciously flavored. The potstickers were perfectly crispy and full of meat. The dumplings were also nicely stuffed. The fried chicken is so good. The season is perfect and the breading perfectly crispy. The place itself is really clean and well maintained. They have a sauce bar where you can get anything from soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. The service was good and the food takes awhile just because it's freshly made. Totally worth the wait. ”
“ We ordered everything on the menu to try out. It's not a big menu so you can easily try out everything with a bunch of people. The favorites were definitely the noodles, pork potstickers and pork chop. I like their pork chop over DTF because it's more tender. The noodles had a chewy texture and the flavor was nice. The famous pork potstickers were good, but nothing super amazing. It's a casual spot that's easy on the wallet! Would recommend! ”
“ Ambiance: comfortable, chic, open space with many different types of tables (long table for big parties, smaller tables, booth chairs along the window) to accommodate. Service: cashier was nice, mindfully asked if we were okay with cilantro. Finding a table, getting sauces and utensils, water, and trays are self service. Food: dumpling skins tastes and shaped like they are made in-store. Very thin, filling was cabbage and pork. The dumplings were fried to crispy, I think it's your textbook dumpling. Wonton soup had about 8 wonton, plain ground pork filling. It was decent, but soup tasted like instant soup. The beef dry noodle was an interesting take on the regular beef noodle soup. The sauce that coated the noodles felt like I was eating the noodles with soup, which boggles my mind. I do wish the sauce was a little less sweet. Good amount of meat to noodle ratio and the meat was tender. I think for lunch it was a good amount of food for two people for a fair price (14 to 14.5 dollars per person before tax). Overall, it was nice to have a "fast food" option for Taiwanese food that tasted standardly authentic. ”
“ I first read about Bafang in the news, then was able to try it several months later. It's delicious! Lately, we've been buying takeout from this Bafang location since it's close to Diamond Bar. We get the signature dumplings, signature pan fried dumplings and the Sesame Noodles. It's all very tasty and freshly made. It's reasonably priced too. Inside the restaurant is clean, well lit, and has a sauce bar. Plenty of parking in the free lot outside of the restaurant. Thanks for feeding us! I have also tried one Bafang restaurant in Taipei and it was very good too. It was cheaper if you can believe that. Xie Xie! ”
“ Okay I was actually surprised how good the food here was. It was delicious. The big downside here is the wait. We waited 20+ minutes for our order. They had about 4-5 workers in the back and they were moving quickly to try to service all the customers. There were a lot of people waiting for their food. The dumplings were good. We also got noodles, pork-chop and chicken. They were tasty but I wish it was bigger. I loved the different dipping sauces that the meats and dumplings came with. Very Taiwanese food profile. ”
“ The dumplings and wontons are great here! It's a self serve restaurant! You order, they give you a pager, and you pick up your food and seat yourself. They serve the food relatively fast. I recommend the dumpling and wontons ”
“ Food: 5/5 !!! Super juicy soft dumpling wrap!! Love it. Would definitely come back Service: 3/5 Took 15-20 mins to get my order Ambiance: a bit stinky smell in the restaurant Plenty of seating though and modern ”
